Kauthar Menhal is an Americas team researcher, is a fee-earning paralegal specialising in unlawful detention and deprivation and exclusion decisions. Kauthar was also on the Emergency COI Repository Team working on Afghanistan and Ukraine report tasks. She speaks English, Polish and Arabic and have a masters in International Politics.
