Michele Iacopini is an Africa team researcher and holds a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Florence, Italy. He has extensive professional experience in refugee and migration law, having worked in Lebanon, Lithuania, Greece, Uganda, and Italy, across institutional settings including the European Union, the United Nations, and international non-governmental organisations. He speaks Italian, English, Spanish, and Polish.
